Congratulations to LFE Junior Professor Dr Sebastian Grüneisen on receiving the APS “Rising Star” award!
The APS “Rising Star” designation is awarded to outstanding APS members who are in the early stages of their postdoctoral research careers. The name comes from a series of articles in the Observer that featured examples of the exciting work being done by the field’s youngest researchers. The award recognises researchers whose innovative work has already advanced the field and shows great potential for further contributions.
